Based on the Talent Pipeline Management® framework facilitated via the TPM Academy®, the TPM Web Tool brings to life the six TPM strategies. It provides users with a platform to build employer collaboratives, share demand planning surveys, document common lists of competencies and credentials, and monitor the end-to-end value and strength of talent pipelines.
